House Rules Committee Advances Contempt Resolutions Against Clinton Family Over Epstein Probe Subpoenas

The House Rules Committee is scheduled to vote this week on contempt of Congress resolutions targeting former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The committee will consider the resolutions at 4 p.m. ET on Monday.

The resolutions allege noncompliance with subpoenas related to the Jeffrey Epstein probe. This follows a history of congressional investigations involving the Clintons, including the Whitewater scandal and email server issues.

Reports indicate that nine Democrats have joined Republicans in supporting the resolution against Bill Clinton, and three Democrats have supported the resolution against Hillary Clinton.
