I can’t believe it. I can’t believe it. Did Nancy Pelosi stand up — if she’s here? Doubt it.”
Trump has called for a ban on congressional stock trading by members of Congress and their spouses. Reports indicate Speaker Pelosi’s net worth exceeds $269 million. The remarks coincided with rare public support from progressive leader Elizabeth Warren, who praised the President’s stance on financial transparency in Washington.
