FBI Affidavit Exposes Hunter Biden’s Threats to Sex Worker and Record Pardon

Truth is a lot like water – it doesn’t care how thick the walls are, it finds the cracks eventually. For six years, the Biden family and their allies in Washington built an impressive dam around Hunter Biden’s scandals. Newly unsealed FBI documents, dropped this Friday, suggest that dam has finally given way. And what’s pouring through isn’t pretty.

The documents surfaced as part of a criminal complaint against two former senior FBI officials – including Nikki Floris, who served on the bureau’s Foreign Influence Task Force. Floris is now charged with lying to Congress about her knowledge of federal investigations into the president’s son. She told the House Judiciary Committee in 2023, plainly and under oath: “I personally did not have any conversations.”

Sure you didn’t, Nikki. Her own emails tell a very different story. And what those emails contain goes far beyond another Washington fib.

According to the FBI affidavit, an unidentified sex worker in Los Angeles contacted the bureau in December 2020 – just weeks after Joe Biden won the presidency – to report a threatening message from Hunter Biden.

The FBI affidavit states: “Don’t forget that I know where you are, you have an ankle bracelet and that the laptop was recording,” Hunter Biden said in the message. The sex worker told the FBI she had “intercourse with RHB in front of the laptop while facetiming with a third party.” She further alleged that Hunter had “failed to pay for sex” and then threatened her “over a period of time” to pay him some of his money back.

The FBI’s own investigative team verified the financial transaction. This wasn’t some crank tip – it was a credible, corroborated complaint. And what did the bureau do with it? Well, Floris forwarded the information in an email that casually began, “Per our chat last week.” So much for “I personally did not have any conversations.”

Here’s the full picture of what federal authorities were sitting on. Prosecutors explored charging Hunter Biden with Mann Act violations – the federal sex trafficking statute – for moving women across state lines. His laptop, which FBI agents authenticated in open court, revealed over half a million dollars spent on prostitutes and “adult entertainment.”

They ultimately settled on tax and gun charges. He was convicted on the gun felony by a federal jury in June 2024, then pleaded guilty to dodging $1.4 million in taxes. And then – because you can’t make this stuff up – his father pardoned him for all of it in December 2024, right on his way out of the Oval Office.

I’m not going to lecture you about two-tiered justice. You already know. You knew it when 51 intelligence officials called the laptop “Russian disinformation.” You knew it when Big Tech memory-holed the story three weeks before an election. And you know it now, reading a text where a president’s son threatened a vulnerable woman while his father’s allies at the FBI quietly looked the other way.

Here’s the question no one in the mainstream press wants to ask: how many other complaints are buried in those files?

The pardon wiped the legal slate clean. It cannot erase the record. Water always finds the cracks – and these cracks aren’t closing anytime soon. Sleep well, Bidens.
